2 / FLIGHT REGIME 

The balloon flights evolutions are carried out in the zones of flights authorized in visual flight (VFR), under the regional direction of the civil aviation (DGAC) and the civil aviation authorities (AAC). Each pilot has a hot air balloon license and meets the physical, moral and mental requirements for hot air balloon operations.

Our rates are valid from January 1st 2021 and are subject to change without notice. Our rates include : The organization of the ascent (crew, assistance vehicle, transport), the insurance for the transport of passengers for a fee. They do not include: hotel nights, meals and drinks, travel to the meeting point. 

4 / PURCHASE OF TICKETS

For professionals: Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or mail. All confirmations must be confirmed in writing. A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be sent at the latest 15 days before the date of the first service. The balance is paid after the service.

5 / RESERVATION

Unless otherwise stated, our tickets are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. During this period you must make your reservation by phone. You have been informed of the weather conditions required for ballooning (light wind, absence of stormy or pre-stormy conditions) and accept the constraints.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you will be asked to choose another date by mutual agreement with our company.

6 / CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY MONTGOLFIERES CHAMPENOISES

Champagne Cuillier reserves the right to cancel a flight due to bad weather conditions, or for security reasons. This cancellation can occur just before the take-off and in this case Champagne Cuillier, are in no way responsible for the expenses incurred by the passenger to get to the meeting place (travel, accommodation, catering).
In any case, the ticket remains valid until the end of its validity period and another date will be fixed in agreement with you.

In the case of late cancellation (less than 2 days before the service) or failure to show up at the meeting place at the scheduled time, the ticket will be considered as used up.

8 / PAYMENT ON BOARD OUR AIRCRAFT

You must be in possession of your ticket to board our aircraft
The pilots are the only ones in charge of the aircraft, and as such have authority over all the people on board. They can decide at any time to disembark any person or any load presenting a danger for the progress or the safety of the flight. They can interrupt the flight at any time for safety reasons.

9 / MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE

Champagne Cuillier can substitute itself to other aircraft without notice. Champagne Cuillier can modify the flight sites mentioned on the ticket in case of necessity.

10 / INSURANCE

The insurance costs covering each passenger for civil liability related to the aircraft used are included. The risks are covered for amounts comparable to those required by the Warsaw Convention, in terms of air transport of passengers. Objects carried by passengers are not covered by our insurers.

11 / ATTRIBUTION OF COMPETENCE

Any dispute, contestation, failure to settle or difficulty of any kind relating to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Reims, with the sole exception of cases subject to the rules of order jurisdiction.
