Composition:

50% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay

Tasting notes:

The colour, salmon pink, is shimmering and intense. The bubbles are fine, persistent, and continuous. The wine explodes with sensations of red fruits, brioche, and an intense fruitiness. It is long and satisfying in the mouth. The red wine spends 5 months in barrels, in order to stabilize the colour and give the wine a subtly tannic finish.
