Tasting notes:

The colour is pale yellow with silver highlights. The sparkle is persistent, the ring of bubbles fine and continuous. The nose reveals hazelnut aromas, toasted brioche, and exotic fruits. The wine evolves discreetly in the mouth, with a well-balanced acidity. It has a finale which is long tasting, and finishes on fruit flavours.
