60% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, 20% vintage champagne

Tasting notes:

The colour is pale yellow with pale gold highlights. There is a profusion of tiny bubbles, forming a delicate ribbon that is pleasing to the eyes. The nose is fresh with citrus aromas, golden apple, soft spices and white flowers. It has a finish which is notably full and long tasting

Drinking suggestions:

appetizer, or during a meal with white meat and some charcuteries
